Rosemary - Lemon Roasted Chicken
Rosemary - Lemon Roasted Chicken with fried vegetable.
Today I'll prepared a whole roasted chicken 🍗adding some flavours. I just want some sour flavour in the Chicken. and many others will be also added for a delicious flavour. It's very simple recipe for dinner to cook quickly. I had prepared it for dinner and served with lemon rice. You can also serve with your favourite rice or salad.

Ingredients
- whole chicken washed & dried
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemons
- salt & pepper
- Fresh lemon juice 2 lemons
- sliced lemons, sliced onion, green chili.
- Vegetables as your wish, I used cubed carrot and potato.
Preparation
1. Take a bowl and mix all spice such as butter, olive oil, pepper, paprika, rosemary, salt, garlic minced, lemon juice.
2 . Then marinate the chicken with the spices in a pan for 30 minutes. Put some garlic cube and lemon cube in the whole and tie the legs.
If you cook in the electric oven, preheat it 180°c.
3. Now put the pan in the oven and cook in medium heat.
4. I don’t use any water. But cook in a medium heat so that chicken become tender and soft.
5. After cooking, when all water of the meat become dry and make it tender then fry it for minutes and put in a separate bowl.
6. In that pan, put the sliced onion and chili, fry it. Add others vegetables.
7. After cooking the vegetables, put the chicken in the pan in a low heat 1 or 2 minute.. Then put off the oven and decorate with lemon slice and mint leaf. Untie the legs.
8. Now serve with rice or salad.
Note : If you wish, you can use fresh rosemary leaves .
