Tomato chutney

Hello everybody! Do you all are feeling bore about your normal daily diet to eat like a patientđ. Do you want to try some new with regular dish something like mouthwatering sweet sour and hot but it have low caloryđ. Today I've found my taste on a simple Bengali side dish.So let's learn todays new recipe 'Tomato chutney' đ

INGREDIENTS:
1. 2 cup cubed Tomatoes
2. 1 tsp Grated garlic.
3. 2 tbl Mustered oil.
4. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
5. 1 pinch black cumin seeds
6. 2 bay leaf
7. 2 dried red chili and 1 tsp crushed red chil.
8. 1/2 tsp turmeric
9. 1 cup water.
10. 1 tbl ketchup.
11. 1 tbl sugar
12. 1 tbl vineger.
Preparation:
1. Heat this oil and add cumin seeds to it.
2. Stir it in oil, add it to the Bay leaf, dried red chili , garlic, mustard seeds, black cumin.
3. Add tomato to it and cover with lid for 2 min in low hit.
4. Tomatoes will release water, then it will become tender. Add more water, salt and turmeric. Then cook it for 2 min.
5. Add sugar,vinegar and Ketchup.
6. When it doesn't get too thick or thin, it will be perfect.
7. You can serve it with any kind of food.
